Conditions of Booking
Telephone bookings remain firm for a period of five working days. Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.
The balance of hire will be due six weeks before the holiday commencement date.
The use of accommodation and amenities is entirely at the user’s risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, or loss or damage to visitors belongings.
Tenure is from 3pm on day of arrival and no later than 10am on day of departure.
The number of people occupying the holiday accommodation shall not exceed the number stated on the booking form.
The property owner shall be allowed access to the holiday accommodation at any reasonable time during any holiday occupancy.
Please leave the holiday accommodation clean and tidy.
